Buff purchased the home 30years ago and 20years ago, the home was subjected to theft….he had 10years to do something!!! The flipper, purchased a year ago and needed a ‘kick in the butt’…. When your lofty ideas, are not supported by plans, this happens.

OK, so the city of Detroit can let housesit for years and it’s OK at the minute that someone else buys the property they can’t let it sit or the city takes it back so that they can would sell it to someone else that doesn’t make any sense that isn’t fair the city of Detroit should be in trouble for allowing them all to sit as long as they have been they should be sued they should be sued when there’s dead bodies being found in these abandoned houses and I understand that mean every time you fix a minute, somebody comes to steal it. How do you do is litter, throw liquor bottles in all types of stuff and garbage all around the city if the people get ticketed and sued and can go to jail, they should too, because if they’re not doing nothing with the houses and they’re not selling them fast enough they should have the same fate
