I know a lot of passionate, talented women, who want to go and work even when they are married/become mothers. Take Serena Williams, for example. She could have stayed at home and done nothing (she's super rich), but she still has the fire to play tennis. What will you even do by sitting at home BTW ? Like looking after kids is fine, but a lot of people want to WORK. This is the reason why 70+ people who have retired join new jobs. Because they can't sit idle.
