Krakow has achieved Socialism with Polish Characteristics Tbh I had a good time with an Austria -> Germany/Central Europe game where I ended up with a Lassaiz Faire/Census Suffrage Council Republic, maxxing out worker protections/pensions and hoovering up pops from across the world, it's a pretty funny situation, the fact that you can go lassaiz faire and be a council republic is, interesting, esp when the rich people are so comically rich and numerous from foreign investment that industrialists stay popular even at 90% literacy and max worker protections Like you've got the People's Republic flag but half the people in gov are like "but was child labour really that bad"

Agree that making subjects is not as useful now. Even at high prestige levels, I was oscillating between putting down subject revolts and waiting to reduce liberty desire. I think it's best now to just conquer clay, not make protectorates. Also, think Trade Unions are the clear strongest bloc if you're GDP maxxing

Love your videos bro, but i gotta say, when you can't manage your economy without relying on the bankroll cheese it might be time to re-evaluate your playstyle and maybe take a look at how the economy changed in 1.7 🙏

Bankrolls are like 20% of his income, they are a big help sure, but they don’t carry the entirety of his economy, plus it’s a legitimate mechanic in the game, an unbalanced one at that, but still an intended mechanic.

Hey new player here, got referred by a Reddit post to here. I'm liking the one video I watched so far, and this next one should be good too! I'm just wondering, even you now said that the law with lv5 barracks max is OP, but I think I don't know how to conscript? I keep losing every war, and it seems like I can only conscript like 8 pops. Am I missing where all the conscripted soldiers are?
