Nice view. Good to hear you are keeping the 20K steps up. Sometimes, it is a burden. I know this because I have been doing 4 hours walk a day for many years. I do not count steps though, but I don't walk slow. I actually found that rowing for 30 mins a day really helped too. Not so much with weight loss, but with reshaping of the body - muscle instead of fat. You can pick one up for a couple of hundred euros.

They really should mention the scramble on the signs! And you're right, the getting back down is the harder part!
