Most clients just want a shiny car. Smaller percentage of clients obsess over marring and micro scratches etc..

As self proclaimed 'professionals' in a completely unregulated industry as detailer operate in, you should have a standard to which you work to. Not adding more scratches to a customer's car whether they realise or not should be part of that standard.

I try your Absolute and it was awesome…! After one week the product still repel the dust…! I never see a soap technologie like this..! Im from montreal ( quebec ) and here it’s snowing… my car still clean Thanks for your inovate product and your car detailling passion..!!

I was just outside washing, claying and sealing. Took me two hours. I'd love to see a real time, unedited, video of this performed in 10 minutes. Note: I do this outside, in sunlight, and exactly as shown here. I've got all same supplies (BBS, BM, Absolute). Only difference is I have the TRC clay mitt, and I do panel by panel (to avoid dryness).

100% agree man I’ve gotten my technique pretty down pat and I take 2 hours 1 1/2 at the least lol. Pretty demoralizing for a new guy to hear it takes 20 minutes and they take 3 hours lol

I'd like to see this as well, and it definitely takes longer doing it panel by panel. I'm fairly new to rinseless washing and am stuck washing my car outside in direct sunlight like you. I always clay towel before applying wax or sealant and typically do my car in 4 sections since I rarely have enough time to do it all at once. This morning I got up and out early enough to be able to do the whole car in one shot, took me a good two and a half hours. Granted I fully detailed my rims (bucket wash with brushes, de-iron, rinse, dry, spray wax, etc) and that probably added 30 minutes, and I applied Bead Maker to the paint after drying. But doing the whole clay and seal thing might have saved me what, 30 minutes tops? That still leaves it at an hour and a half and I was able to do the whole car continuously without having to worry about it drying on me so it was faster than usual

One thing to note that is at the 1:10 mark they indicate that it's 1/2 an ounce per gallon and to use 1 capful for each gallon of water. However if you measure the capacity of the Absolute cap it's only a 1/4 of an ounce. If following the directions on the bottle it should be 2 caps per gallon and not one.

yaaaa ... so other than the marring that you mentioned, what does bead maker do the clay towels as I am sure it is coating it and the drying towels as well? I know using towels to dry stuff like that will make them not absorb water as well.

Thank you Sydni and Jason! Could you incorporate Iron Buster into the process? I suppose you can after the wash and before the clay (duh), but since the whole point is to not use a hose, not sure how to remove the Iron Buster without the hose spraying the car off.

In that case you would want to incorporate the hose for the rinsing of the Iron Buster. But you’d want to be outside 😅

You always want the clay towel to be wet prior to use. I store mine in my bucket of Rinsless wash

Great question, I always like to put on a wax or sealant after using clay just to be on the safe side.

Absolutely!! I do this on my full details and also as my ceramic maintenance details. It gently removes contaminates that could be clogging the coating and leaves behind a fresh new layer of Bead Maker on top of the ceramic.

You don’t have to use hot water. We were using extra hot in this video because it was extra cold in the training center. In my shop I just use warm water.

@@reeb9016 it’s pretentious to explain a subject correctly ? Painted surfaces have peaks and valleys, it is not a flat and smooth surface like it may appear to most. And yes, painted surfaces are porous. Gel coat more so.

@polishedmobiledetailing1582 Are you telling me you believe when you clay paint on a car, you are "opening the pores"? EVERYTHING is porous if, like you say, you want to be correct. But not are on an equal scale. So in a sense of things passing in and out of the "pores" of paint, or clearcoat, during a wash, no it's not occuring.

@@reeb9016 Are you telling us that industrial fallout doesn’t embed itself into the “pores”, or microscopic valleys of the paint? Are you saying when we remove the embedded contamination, that embeds deeper and deeper as the paint system expands and contracts, like every other material on earth cycles, with temperature, that we are not effectively, and accurately, unclogging the “pores”? Why can we see the pores and peaks and valleys under a microscope? I would say it is quite pretentious to call a perfect skin care analogy pretentious. Peace

Every time you even put a micro fiber towel on the car your doing the same thing. Anything that hits clear coat marrs it. That just a fact of life.. Buffers even egg crated foam buffer to keep the heat down marr the clear coat...Even your brand new car that the dealership detailed is already marred to shit...If you want the deepest clarity, shine, and gloss on your car you need to decontaminate it...Your car doesn't live in a vacuum...🤔

One bucket is fine while using Absolute since it drops all of the dirt to the bottom of the bucket.

The polymers and ingredients in rinseless washes encapsulate the dirt and allow dirt to sink down to the bottom of the bucket. Ideally you’d want to use it in combination with a grit guard but not necessary

@E. Cabrera I've been doing RW's since 2012, always 2 buckets and grit guards. No matter what's in the chemical that makes a RW why in the hell wouldn't work cleaner and safer🤔
