The red surfactant is apple wash? Nice! I have never purchased it, but will now. Liking the idea of using a cover scent, as well as a "dye" to tell what's been sauced!

Started my pressure washing business last year and its been going well. Ive been downstreaming chem and its been working well. If i need to hit something with a stronger mix I use my pump sprayer and knock it out. Have had nothing but 5 star reviews and happy customers. I like your channel man glad I found it last week. Keep on keepin on. I learned from Aaron's lean and mean, Justin at Forever self employed, and dans Vlog. This is a great industry to be in.

Good Stuff! Might want to invest in a stronger blower, it'd save a lot of time. Echo & Stihl have really good ones. We use a stihl br 700x.

Couldn’t agree more. They want to get the price down they miss out on certain services And how they kept the landscaping I’d of been fine just blowing out the gutters too. Keep grinding!

I don't have a soft wash system per say..I have a 4 gal min 4000 psi cold water machine..But is it still possible to spray the chem down stream and then rinse it just using my j rod at 0 degree using no pressure..

Go ahead bible thumper! Lol. I appreciate people who are GOD fearing. You do some really great work and you inspire me to do the same. I’m sure you’ve heard of Home Advisor. Would you use them for a lead source or is it a joke? In Maryland they want to charge $288/yr and if I request leads then I pay them $22-50 per lead. Also, do you have liability insurance? To cover you in case you accidentally kill a plant? Lol.

Why is his soft wash so weak

I don't let my customers dictate my price. Yeah, I can offer discounts or throw something in for free, especially for repeat customers but they don't dictate my price. If they can't pay what your worth then you need to pass. Passing on a prospective customer is hard to do, especially if you need the work, but it pays off in the end. You don't want to be that guy that let's customers walk all over them. I'm guessing since you were surprised by the size of the deck that you didn't go out and evaluate these properties in order to give an estimate. I would never give a blind estimate. I also wouldn't have touched that deck. Judging by how crappy of a landlord this lady seems to be, she was probably hoping to be able to claim that you damaged it so you would be stuck with the cost of replacement. That lady needs to go to jail, those houses are deplorable. Pricing is one of the hardest things for any business owner but you also don't want to undervalue yourself either. Looks like you did a good job though, pretty impressive.
