This video sheds light on a procedure being done by many people: colonics, also known as colonic hydrotherapy. This video discusses claims made by proponents of colonics and explains why the science does not back them up. We will also discuss how the colon works and how to keep your gut health naturally. The video features an interview with a postdoctoral fellow and professor at McMaster University who conduct research on gut health and diseases like irritable bowel disease.
