Im a wizards fan and I painfully watched every game the plan is simple. Get rid of kuz/tyus,draft either risacher or sarr, and give deni/poole the ball and let everyone play off them and develop.

This is such a good video. I looked at your other videos to see more content and was disappointed. You explained everything well, very little empty waffle and was exceptionally insightful. What I learned about expiring contracts and how it's beneficial to have guys like RH and Marvin Bagley. I really hope you produce more Wizard content as the season progresses (from a teacher in New Zealand).

I really enjoyed watching your first video, I would like it if the wizards trade Poole because I really don't believe he could be the PG of the future because he doesn't play defense and he doesn't get others involved in the game.

i am very high on vukcevic. he has good vision and playmaking ability too given time he will probably have a breakout season like avdija if he can develop his 3 ball more

Baldwin is a good shooter, he just didn't get enough playing time to get into a rhythm .. plus he's like 6'9" or something like that ! Coach Unseld jr's substitution pattern was terrible and coach Keith wasn't much better ... Kispert and Avdija could be decent roll players on really good teams but on a team like the wizards their defensive liabilities are too costly and would send them leave'n on a midnight train to Georgia ! 😝

I’m sorry but Poole is terrible. You said that the wizards will keep him next year because of his performance at the end of the year but that is not true. They will keep him because no other team wants him and he is seen as a bad contract. And between starting Tyus or Poole next year they would pick Tyus if they are able to resign him. The wizards are not building around Poole, and they need a point guard who will distribute the ball and help the young players develop. They definitely don’t need Poole taking 20 bad shots a game. They will keep Poole only because they have to and will keep him on the bench. A short stretch of decent games where he took more shots without improving his efficiency at all does not change the fact that Poole is a terrible player.

As a Warriors fan who also likes watching the Wizards, Poole was best utilized on the Warriors when he had the ball in his hands and playing more on-ball rather than off-ball. Yes Poole is absolutely not worth his contract at this point, but the sample size that he had where he played well starting at PG is enough to at least look into especially on a team with no winning expectations. Also, Winger in his exit interviews strongly vouched for Poole and his role at PG and he will definitely give Poole an opportunity to prove himself at the position.

Poole isn't closed to be SGA. He isn't a pure PG, and the fact that he is even worse as SG definitely not something good. He will be in the Wizards next year just because nobody else wants him. Right now he is one of the worst contracts in the league. The worst thing that can happen to the Wizards, will be Poole with 20+ shots with the same field goals and hard shots. To be efficient he needs to change, and he didn't change his style at all.

Johnny Davis definitely will be next year in the Wizards. He got the extension (meaning they have already decided to let him stay in this offseason. Baldwin got extension too but his contract is lower so he might be cut if the roster is full. Vukcevic might be a part of a trade but probably not.

@@michaelroelant7134 1. I said one of the worst, not the worst (the worst today by most ranking is Bradley Beal) 2. Ben Simmons contract is expiring this year. Expiring contract in a tanking team it's ok. He might be even a trade asset. The problem with Simmons is injuries that ruined his career. On the court at least he is helping to develop others. He has more assists then shots in the last 2 years like old time PGs. If you offer me Poole - Simmons trade i will accept it. Probably almost every GM in the league will. 3 years with this contract is a lot

I disagree on JP. *_He is poison_* to a rebuilding team, he has low bball IQ, no D and he hogs the ball and hinders dev of others. We're stuck with him but even Tyus is better for a dev team. Kudos on Avdija though, he is indeed a player to build around, the best court vision in the team in the few times he had minutes as the main ball handler, high IQ, great D, unselfish almost to a fault, which is good for developing others.

I think Brian Keefe might unlock JP - defense first mindset. When he stepped into the role as coach, immediately JP was put in his place.
