I’m not young, but I also see a dying empire, stuck in its old fashioned ways, and both the younger generation voters, as well as the well-informed and educated older voters aren’t thrilled about that. I, personally, am extremely angry, resentful, and constantly frustrated about the massive corruption in this country. Our democratic processes have been systematically dismantled decade over decade. Our “representatives” no longer even pretend to represent us. The corporate sponsorships, under the thinly veiled term of “campaign donors,” are their only reasons for their existence. Corporate oligarchs have captured the Congress and the Courts. Justice for all is a mirage. To make it worse, they’re now brazenly engaging in their corruption out in the open for all to see, because they don’t answer to us. They don’t care if we know. Because we are not their constituents. They know that we can’t do anything about it. We are the tools of their trade. We are the means to their ends. Think about when the public became widely aware that WE, the _users_ of social media, are _NOT_ the social media platforms’ _customers;_ we are _the product._ *_Corporate advertisers are the customers_* that social media firms aim to attract, retain, and satisfy. It’s the same with our govt. The People aren’t who they serve, who they must work for, who they must appeal to, who they are accountable to, who have the power to influence their decisions, who have the power to remove and replace them. Their constituents are corporations and the ultra wealthy. Our only purpose is to operate the means of production, churn revenues through consumerism, and maintain the facade of democracy via robotic voting for the corporations’ representatives. We have entered Late Stage Capitalism, folks. It’s the fourth turning, and what comes next will be a cataclysmic shift that very few of us are ready for.

Look… polls can mean one thing, but Election Day is another thing. Polls may look good for Trump now, but it doesn’t mean that Trump’s going to win. At this point it’s a toss up at this point.

Ok, maybe Cenk is a tad over the top, but the FACT remains that Scarborough is undermining the Biden campaign by constantly touting how "good" things are for Biden and pooh-pooh-ing the polls. Fact is: At this point in 2020 Biden was LEADING in most polls. Fact is: On election day in 2020, even though he WON, he underperformed in actual votes vis-a-vis his own polling. Fact is: RIGHT NOW, Biden has low approval numbers and is underperforming OTHER Democracts in various states' polling, i.e., he's polling behind down ballot Dems! This isn't to say Biden will lose, nobody knows what will happen in November. But the strategy that Joe Scarborough (and Simon Rosenberg, a top Democratic Strategist) are employing of talking up Biden's strengths, so far unseen in the polling, is incredibly and irresponsibly risky! The alternative after all is NOT Mitt Romney, or Bush or Ford...but Trump! I would suggest the opposite of that strategy: act like Biden is TEN percent down in the polling, to guard against complacency!

Younger voters need to realize that no matter who is in office, they are going to support Israel. Joe needs to get out more. It's likely different in each state, but the DT supporters that I know are not swayed by his recent felony conviction. People are not paying attention to what DT has been saying for the last few years. However, I do struggle with wondering how he'd have more votes than 16. I worry more about the Republicans gerrymandering in order to get the electoral votes.

The fact they can speak as if the elections will take place without a doubt just proves how disconnected from reality they are. When unions join student protests as in Ontario, it’s a very bad sign for the elite, on both sides of the aisle. I personally put my money on the possibility of a military coup before or on election day, before results. A two year military dictatorship to clean up the corruption inside our institutions, all three branches of the government, as well as in the corporate media and big business and billionaires.

Doesn't matter either way. I voted for Obama in 2012 and supported his tenure, but you couldn't pay me to vote for a Clinton or Biden. Biden as VP was already a stupid choice to me, but eh...tapered power and influence at its peak, so it wasn't a deal-breaker.
