Why cant 2 different phones connect at the same time? Cos when i connect, ànd my partner try to connect to his phone, it will say "streaming limit reached " why?

Mine didn't come out like this. After creating a profile. All I'm seeing is Live TV, TV guide and settings....no video or movie posted is showing it's just blank
