This was better than watching a movie but when I seen it had no ending I got so mad and threw my popcorn in the garbage.

A Honda civic?! You know a car is slow when your only escape route is to endanger the lives of others by driving into oncoming traffic. What a POS! I'm glad they found the idiot after calling off the chase because of safety reasons.

There really needs to be a nation wide law if fleeing police in a vehicle, endangering citizens, automatic prison time that a judge can not suspend. 5 to 7 years.

The man - identified as 42-year-old David J. Haynes Jr. - initially eluded capture after authorities decided the chase was too dangerous to continue. Police arrested Haynes just before 6:30 p.m. after finding him inside the Summit Towers apartment complex on Locust Street near downtown Knoxville.
