It's usually a plastic foil hybrid that can't be recycled... But by weight/mass it's tiny compared to the savings from not shipping glass...@@RNG-ts5gn

@RNG-ts5gn they said "fully recyclable" do you know what materials are deemed recyclable, in waste management? I'm give you a hint, its not foil. paper, glass, and plastics.

One thing for sure, paper bottles are much lighter. But aren’t glass bottles recyclable ?

They are, but many provinces lack glass crushers and do not recycle glass.

Interesting... a sign of the times. IMHO: not "better in every way" Maybe "cheaper in every way" Glass is so beautiful & can be recycled & is better for food than plastic (health reason)

Which then begs the question: How are these fully recyclable b/c the bladder inside the boxed wine can't be recycled. 🤔

Glass bottles are easily recycleable (show the recycling evidence) like coffee cups that can’t won’t cost less.

So you are using brand new paper and plastic , to make yet a new product that didn't exist before . This is clearly adding another recycling problem to what we already have . .

This is better. I’m sick of paying for glass bottle recycling fee. As well glass bottles take up way too much space when being discarded.

You'll be sicker in the future ingesting and inhaling micro plastics caused by these bottles than silica glass....Thanks Jason for ruining the planet by voting with your wallet with such decisions.
