Remember these calls are to MAKE CONTACT LISTS WITH THE REAL ESTATE AGENTS.! Regardless if the Agent Closed the deal or not, establish a relationship for future deals and get a feel for talking

How do you know if you’re spending too much time talking to the agents? Technically you could do all this and not get the deal . I thought you recommended that we give a ball park number by doing 60% of the zestimate and try to make it as quick as possible.
