I don't think people understand how amazing he opens the conversation. He said, "so you not in a hurry to sell?" the seller responds "no," Jerry said " okay well do you know how a cash offer works? That's when he explained "well we pay closing cost, so you don't need to pay no realtor, whatever price we agree on that's what will be in your pocket and we buy as-is so you won't need to add another cent into the property. Does that make sense? Now "with an offer like that how much would you take? "the person who gives the first number loses" that's when the seller opens up. the "Key is to find the motivation". i love this game thanks, Jerry.

Hey Jerry, although your LIVE videos are awesome and I've learned a bunch from them... I think what's missing is the second part... the part after you have the contract signed! Please do LIVE videos showing us how you get the contract assigned to one of your cash buyers... by calling them and show us their reactions and how you convince them. Show us LIVE since the clock starts ticking and you only have 5 - 10 days to get the contract assigned, all the way to the closing day. Let's close the circle! ;) Thanks!

This year I am wanting to make my first investment deal. That being said, I've been binge watching videos like this. And so what you are saying makes sense to me. However to the uninitiated, all the logic and all the number crunching sounds Savvy - almost too savvy. So even though you are breaking things down and explaining it to the sellers( I'm not talking about agents only the lay people- the professionals that you talk to should know better even though from some of the videos I've watched it seems like even they don't stay well informed) it still might sound like someone trying to fast talk and take advantage. Especially when the urgency is put there to make a decision quickly. I'm not particularly good at math. But if you break things down to me and let me look at it for a while then it makes sense to me and I feel comfortable. The average person is not good at math, not very good at logic, and may have been burned a few times in life and when they don't understand something they feel like they are being taken advantage of or scammed. Just wanted to put my two cents in about that. I'm enjoying this channel. Been listening to it all night at work while I work my J.O.B.. Can't wait to start using some of these methods to make my first deal. I guess what I'm trying to say is I think that your deals with so much more smoother if in general, the public was more educated in real estate, finance, and economics. * and if there weren't so many bad people trying to take advantage of folks. It gets good out as folks like you a hard uphill battle

I've listened to the webinar but am still a bit unclear about what the duties of the Finder are. Are Finders simply to locate properties that meet your criteria only or are they to locate the properties that meet your criteria, reach out to the property owner , find out if they will accept a cash offer and if so, hand over to you?

The only thing I dont like and you can definitely tell from other people you talk to much like you dont get to the point and try to tell experienced realtors what to do when they already know. An when give them that renting choice I definitely reword that. First you give them 30 days when close, (4weeks) then say you can rent 2 weeks after close then pay rent for 2 weeks (that they were getting for free).... Then its like everybody wants to act like big dawg and they know everything. Other then that's i love this cause showing me what ima have to do..
