So I studied all Rory’s positions and his sequence very carefully and was actually able to successfully blend most all of it into my swing. I actually found that “tour slot” everyone searches for and oh my GOD does that grip and sequence create consistent accuracy. A pro coach saw that I had indeed nailed this down quite accurately and told me to be very careful not to over do it right away. That incredible swing force I was feeling was not something my arms and wrists have been conditioned to handle over and over again repetitively. Did I listen? Nope. Moron. Here I now sit with golfers elbow and can’t play for good 4 weeks. Dear GOD does that hurt!!! 😫😫😫

Good swing but not perfect. Shoulders stay too closed on downswing too long, making fast hip turn necessary. It is an overdone re routing move. Probably will never change it. Won’t get better than he is because of this and a below average short game.
