@@Johnny_RB Bruh how can you tell that his ligature is perfect? You can barely see it in this video (I'm a clarinet myself). Although I am only a (almost) 7th grader, and I've only been playing for a year, I know a ton about the instrument. He is really good, but amazing doesn't mean professional, if you get my point. My brother is one of the best clarinetists in Oklahoma (for his young age),but he isn't a professional.

This was gorgeous. I could see a performance where the soloist sings lead and the clarinet duets as an "alto" sound. I had forgotten how amazing a well played clarinet sounds! Much like a voice in fact. I think it would sound lovely.

You'll rehearse and re-record? Do this: piano solo intro, then clarinet and piano, then voice and piano...finally the clarinet should harmonize for the vocalist, accompanied by the piano

Laudetur Jesus Christus in aeternum! I remembered my brother's second son. He was always very shy and we never knew he had a talent. His mom only discovered it when he brought some money after school. His mom was so surprised, afraid at the same time where he got it. He told his mom he was forced to enter a school singing contest and won the first prize. He was 4th or fifth grade at the time. We discovered he was a boy soprano. Ave Maria is such a precious song for me and that guy hit it pretty well. Thank you all for making my day. Pax.
