Very beautiful neighborhood but please guys don't forget about drainage plan , many cities in Africa are experiencing drainage challenges when it rains . Hugs from Maputo Mozambique

I dont see recreational facilities like running tracks children playareas, tennis courts, swimming pools, football or cricket grounds. Parks with flowering trees and scrubs.. lakes or water bodies for filtration and cooling.

This neighborhood appears to be a village of wonderful homes. However, these concrete walls/fences should be removed as they leave an appearance of disorganization and insecurity... therefore, a landscaping and gardening plan should be drawn up.

I also suggest that local administrators build a public park for residents and this way this neighborhood will be overvalued

Thank you English Teacher for your good advice, but one thing you should know is that am not here to teach you or anyone English, my target is to tell people who are interested to know about these stuff with my bad English, so Mr.English teacher if you aim is to hear good English this not your place look for another Channel. English is my third Language so don't expect that. My people understands me though.

One thing about Tanzanians, they are very humble about their affluence. They would rather not show how wealthy they are. I can bet that there are dollar millionaires among those bungalows.
