Everyday of my life is spent like this. Hating who i am. I never asked for this.. I'm bitter i have no i drive i constantly wonder is it really mental health or is cancer back. Idk your videos are very validating though that doesnt happen alot.

I’m with you also! I never had cancer, but have an addictive, people pleasing personality and I never feel good enough. I’m in church now and that helps, but I question everything and don’t feel like I’ll ever be anything or anyone…

Could you do a short on coping with anxiety/bipolar disorder during the loss of a parent I lost my mother a few days ago I feel like I’m going crazy I’ve watched your shorts for a long time now and would love to see what advice you could give me I feel lost and broken her funeral is tomorrow

I am so sorry about your loss 💔 absolutely I’ll work on one, but it might not be this week. Please take care of yourself. For now, to cope I have allow yourself to experience whatever feeling comes up. Cry as much as you need if you have the tears. If you don’t, that’s okay too. Surround yourself with people that care and love you and allow them to just be there with you. Ask for help when you need it. There is not timeline for grief, we all heal differently so be patient with yourself.
