I lost over $75k when everything started to tank. Not because I was in an exchange that went belly up. I was just stupid to hold and because that's what everyone said. I'm still responsible. It just taught me to be a better investor now that I understand more of what could go wrong. Do you do cosourcing? I’m considering deal sourcing but I want to do a cosource so I can hopefully learn from someone with experience and split the money 50:50 without also paying for a course on top of it all

Great video Jack, looking for some advise. Im looking to get into property, i have 1 BTL and want to keep adding. I’m not cash rich so would be looking at mortgages, however i have a demanding full time job and limited time apart from weekends. How would you suggest i build this in the background, while i’ll get enough properties to quit my full time job. Add more BTL’s, flipping, other?

Glad you enjoyed the video! Either stick at your job and realise it’s a long term play. Or if you hate your job, quit it and find a job that pays better or start a business that allows you to build up capital faster. With the excess cash from your job or business, invest into houses that you can get at a discount and add value to
