There are eight million kami-a number that, in traditional Japanese culture, can be considered synonymous with infinity. I find it amazing the joy and inspiration people have from their work. Something as simple as noodles and this gentleman treats it as serious as a heart surging would. I honestly thought this day and age, people use machines to make noodles. Its refreshing seeing someone take pleasure in handmaking their own meal such as this.
