6:42-7:04 should be replayed everyday. 8:17 "no structure, is it really going to happen?" Many great nuggets in this video. Tom, can you share what and how you have let go of old thoughts, systems, mindsets that no longer are relevant to your yearly goals?

This is what I needed to hear. I recently joined your coaching and love it! What got me where I will not get me to where I want to be. Sticky notes will be everywhere🙆🏽‍♀️ I have a vision board and don't put it up. 🤦🏽‍♀️well, now it's going on the wall! Always great content

This is mine commited to work only 30 hours a week not more. 8 hours dailing time, 8 hours sit down for appt. 4 hours door knowcking, 4 hours marketing ,1 hour follow up dial.2 hours role playing 1 hour paper work and 1 hour weekly planning- 200.000 USD GCI, 6 appointment per week, 84 per year. the only thing that can make me success and achive my goal is dicipline. for dicipline i need to be motivated, for motivation i need to change my thinking paternes and make habits and routines. that is it,

I just changed Brokers to Keller Williams and I did that because I needed Accountability. I need to be out of my comfort zone. I will have a coach to be accountable to every other week. Looking forward to a great 2018. Have to go and do that vision board. Also have lots of processes to need to be developed and implemented so I will achieve the goal of having a sustainable somewhat automatic flow of business. Happy 2018!!

Is a constant struggle inside our heads, I think is because we are emotional animals, otherwise we just crush our goals all with wild rage so become beasts should be the best way.

Hello Tom, another great video. I'm writing from Portugal. I have a question about the way I'm making my business grow in strategic terms, especially when it comes to getting leads, I'll explain: I work in an area, talking to people, knocking on doors ... but in the meantime, thanks to the social media, I have clients who ask me to sell houses in other regions, which is wonderful, but I realize that I am having properties spread out in different regions, which I think can make me less effective in my job of capturing leads, agrees? Do I need to change that?

I have had a record year in business, been the top agent for my office 6 years in a row and ranked in the top ten for KW agents worldwide... but the happiness has gone away. I have been trying to put a finger to it, but there is a deep sense of dread that has shrouded me and I cannot shake it off

Have these guys given up on Coaching? Myself and my husband are looking for coaching for groups consisting of dozens of agents. We have been emailing several times to multiple website accounts for over 3 week. Begged on these KZfaq comments for someone to contact us, and reached out on LinkedIn. Not one response to date. Whoever at this team who is responsible for customer follow up should be fired. This is pathetic,

KZfaq comments and Linkedin comments might not be the best way to contact them. I am a coaching member and can certainly tell you that they have not given up on it. Why don't you try calling their number? 1-888-866-3377 or go to Tomferry.com and click on "Get a Free Coaching Consultation?"

Thanks, I didn’t want to write a book, but I had emailed privateevents@tomferry.com several times, I emailed customerservice@tomferry.com every week. Messaged the support staff in the bottom corner of the website, signed up for the free coaching consultation, provided my phone number and email for the free downloads, and had called the 1-800 number and left voice messages several times. This went on since mid December. The comments on the social media was a last resort but it got the job done. I was contacted yesterday and was put in touch with someone!
