This is such a pertinent topic! As a person who is uncomfortable with conflict I fully understand where Brian is coming from. I just be wanting to skip to the good part. And yes I agree we do need to learn to work through conflict. @Manuela I know you mentioned upbringing, I also think it's self awareness and maturity to come to conflict seeking to win with your partner.
