Anything Peter sung was amazing!!! He by far had the best voice ever in Kiss!!!

I love Kiss. Been a fan since I was a kid and I still listen to them.

One of the many unique things about the band KISS is that all four members sing. This song “Hard Luck Woman” is sung by Peter Criss, original ‘Catman’ and drummer. He also sang KISS’ best selling hit ballad “Beth”. I think their best overall album is KISS ‘Alive’. Any song on there Rocks! Please avoid the extremely overplayed “Rock and Roll All Nite”. One of my favorites off that album is “Black Diamond” also sung by Peter Criss. A real Rocker of a song!

Well, you can listen to disco Kiss with 'I was made for loving you'...rocking/party Kiss with 'Rock and Roll All Nite'...or slow/ballad Kiss with 'Beth'. All the members have at one time or another been the singer of a Kiss song, but most songs are done by Paul Stanley (guitar/rhythm guitar) and Gene Simmons (bass). if I remember correctly, This particular song was done by Peter Criss (drummer).

I love Kiss. They actually have a lot of good songs.

Paul Stanley wrote the song with Rod Stewart in mind but Peter heard it and wouldn't let it get by him and so it was recorded for the second side of Rock and Roll Over 1976

Off the top of my head I would implore you to check out Black Diamond. You said you liked Peter's voice in this one so you should check it out. One of their most beloved ones songs. Especially when they play it live

Nice song by kiss...that was the drummer, Peter Chris, on vocals there. Lead singer is Paul Stanley. Gene Simmons, bassist, takes lead from time to time as well. I can understand no liking the makeup n showmanship. But, they do put on great live shows. Been around since early 70s. I think, if you were to listen, there are many songs you Might like. Anyway, try Detroit Rock City, Love Gun, calling Dr love, shout it out loud. If you want really hear Paul's voice, try I still love you live version 🙂

If you like Peter's singing than check out Baby Driver or Nothing to lose Baby Driver and Nothing to lose is off of there 2nd Album. But than compare the Nothing to Lose on there Unplugged version when they have everyone with them except Eric Car in replace with Eric Singer Live version from MTV. Oh there are so many songs from 100,000 years Live version off the album ALIVE to Cold Gin , Flaming Youth, She, I just wanna , then you have the solo albums such as Ace New York Groove, Ozone, and Gene Simmons Man of a 1000 faces , Living in Sin , Radioactive , so many others that you may like even some ballads after the make up years .

They were a gimmicky metal band Biz! I grew in the 70s and I'm partial to the first 6 albums and maybe 1 0r 2 after Peter and Ace left; but those 1st 3 albums had some killer NY Rock tunes! BTW Rock and Roll Over was #5 in the order. Try 'King of the Night Time World' from 'Destroyer'!

Hey Biz, always love your reviews man! I would love to see you get back into some more Alice Cooper. I know you have done quite a few, but here's some others to consider, Billion Dollar Babies, Muscle of Love, or maybe a newer one from his Detroit Stories album called $1000 High Heel Shoes that's pretty cool.

KISS is kinda .. all over the place lol

A lot of people wouldn't listen to KISS, because of thier outfits; but the music in someway don't fit the way they look. KISS music is not heavy. KISS is my favorite band; the 70's music I like more so than the 80's. Try "C'mon And Love Me", that's my favorite KISS song.
