Sorry to be that guy but not really. There is no "full saying". This claim appeared in the 90’s and the authors who came up with that never cited any historical sources. They just said it lol. We have record of the other meaning though. Now, proverbs similar to the alleged original version exists in other cultures. But saying that "blood is thicker than water" is actually a shorten version of the real proverb, it is a completely different claim and it’s not factual. Do you get the nuance ? Idk if I’m being clear, English is not my first language sorry. The great thing about proverbs is that they’re just words. Who cares if one dude said it first a certain way or not ? They’re made up anyways. If we want to say that "the blood of the covenant is thicker than the water of the womb" let’s say it, we don’t need one guy centuries ago to have said it to make the sentence valid. In addition, that’s already a proverb in other cultures. The two sayings can coexist without one being "more valid" than the other because it was said first. They’re just words. And who knows maybe it is the original meaning, I’m just pointing out that what you ( and the authors who started it ) claimed as facts is not backed by sources.

As a man I find it kinda hard to put myself in the pov of most woman/girl characters even if I enjoy the show there's just this level of immersion that I can't get to. With that said I know if I'm feeling this way then I can't be the only in say I don't like either love interest. First off that nerdy lil goblin has a personal space problem. I shouldn't be able to tell you use Crest. I need 3ft my boy take a step back. And wannabe Payton Manning seems to be loyal to everyone BUT his gf. They both suck.

as a woman believe me when I tell you that me and most women do not always relate to the main female characters, there is no need to immerse yourself in the character, we as the audience are just witnessing the characters and the story and reacting to it!it is not always about relating to the character and seeing yourself reflected in them, sometimes it is about empathizing with them.
