Watching Dave Gibbons drawing a character is probably one of the most majestic things ever. The closest thing we can get to see Da Vinci creating one of his masterpieces.

So it's "Sister Night". I suspected she'd be either Hooded Justice II, Silhouette II or possibly even Silk Spectre III.

Sister Night is actually a nod to Brother Night-Hooded Justice's original but unused concept name. So in a way, she IS Hooded Justice II.
