The laughing lady in the elevator could just have tourettes or some other neurological condition. It's called pathological laughter and it's unprompted and uncontrollable. Joker (the movie) did a really solid job depicting this.

@@josi4251 A neurological condition can cause it. Bipolar disorder doesn't have uncontrollable laughter as a trait. It's usually marks by bouts of mania or hypomania. Laughter isn't a form of mania. If she has only wanted to draw attention to herself, she wouldn't have been laughing when by herself, or trying to hard to quiet it down when others joined her in the elevator.

The driveway ghost one is easily explainable. I have to work with security cameras for my job, often at night. Whenever we see a "ghost" more often than not it's just a bug flying in front of the camera or specks of dust super up close to the lens.

i have CCTV at home and see lots of strange things that are definitely bugs, but that one was not. Edit: driveway is actually a person. I saw this reproduced on those doorbell cameras. At night, it looks like this when a person is far enough away from the camera. Kicked myself when I saw it.

Probably multiple reasons: 1. Businesses are cheap and don’t want to invest a lot of money on camera, or they can’t afford the higher end ones 2. 4K cameras are not worth the investment when 95% of the time, all they capture are just people and cars passing by

try it yourself, record 4K video for 1 day, 2 days and so on, how many space you got left on your hard drive..... But even Full HD is enough detail right, but good lens and image sensor (with amazing low light capability) is not cheap. To achieve good clarity, we should advise those people to use AT LEAST Canon EOS 1D, or ARRI camera as security camera for their house.....

Kind of funny my husband was working one night and 3 guys stopped there car and came at him wearing clown masks. Wrong move husband competes internationally in taekwondo he had already planned his take down. Didn't go that way. They ran away, not expecting a lone guy not to get intimidated 🤣 idiots

Yes. Also for the apparent hotel poltergeist attacking a woman, checks online showed it is actually taken by jokers from the trailer of a little known Malaysian paranormal horror flick Bangunan, with the original sound and references to the movie removed.

I actually don't think it has been debunked. Look closer or am I the only 1 who can see it. Iv gone over it 15 times and I can clearly see it. Unless she was already just standing there ? The touch didn't flash on it . Look closer

I have never seen an elevator as small as number 17 before. I would be extremely uncomfortable in one that small, even by myself. Maybe that's what's wrong with the person it's a coping mechanism for claustrophobia.

The woman in the elevator could be having Pseudobulbar affect, which is a neurological condition of not being able to control yourself from either laughing or crying or maybe both for no reason, they basically can't control their emotions due to lack of control over their brain control emotions.

#15 - Witnessed this during a police chase being live streamed by the sheriff of Ramsey county MI. They went back to where a car had come out from within a cemetery and couldnt find exactly where it had come from, even viewers who had gone back to the recording couldnt see either and the only thing associated with the fence was it being chainlinked and it had gone underneath.

Friend of mine does this as well and he didn't realize that a creep had modified his camera's software so that any active lighting on the camera would not be on when it was in fact on. He didn't notice that until his wife started finding some disturbing videos online showing her and her husband in bed.

As far as the giggling woman -- I did that, for the first few weeks after I was put on antidepressants. The giggling would come out of nowhere, and I couldn't stop myself. When it was over, I had no idea of what I was laughing about. My doctor called it a hypomanic episode, and it sometimes occurs when first taking antidepressants.

I have much hope for ‘magic mushrooms’ for treatment of depression. The use of an organic treatment as opposed to chemicals seems very appealing. I used mushrooms all thru my 20’s, 40 years ago, and it aleveated much of my lifelong depression and PTSD. The effect is very introspective - as opposed to LSD which is highly unpredictable and why some people lose control of personality and behavior.

Over the summer I heard a phantom car horn while driving down a back road a town not far from my home. I love that town as it’s a beautiful town, but it has some creepy aspects (including a rumored dead witch).

@@oldbean7150 no, you’re not my father. I’m more of a gray Jedi. Helltown is a ghost town in Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Ever since the park’s creation, the National Park Service began escorting people out of the area. They don’t do this now, but they still buy up houses and businesses and tear them all down. This has led to lots of stories and urban legends in and around the area. Sasquatch, wendigo, a ghost lady sitting in a cemetery surrounded by trees that change position are some of the stories surrounding that area of the National Park. Oh, and also there’s that fabled witch I mentioned in a previous comment.

0:01 I have a interesting theory on that video. Days after watching that video, I saw a child hospital commercial featuring kids with bendy legs. Similar to the kid in this video. So my theory is that a kid snuck out of the hospital or a place he stay in and went to that house and got out there with that underwear on that head. I don't remember what the hospital or the commercial, so if anyone can tell me, I appreciate it.

#3 happened in a driving school at Malaysia. She went there with her boyfriend at night. While the boyfriend went to the office to pick up some things, she stay at that place. The boyfriend suddenly missing and never returned as if he disappeared in thin air

Here's what's probably up with the lady in the elevator - Pseudobulbar affect (PBA) is a condition that's characterized by episodes of sudden uncontrollable and inappropriate laughing or crying. Pseudobulbar affect typically occurs in people with certain neurological conditions or injuries, which might affect the way the brain controls emotion. ( Please don't make fun of any condition including this one )

I will add my experience. I was attacked by something in a local urban park. I heard nothing, saw nothing, neither did anyone in the area. Slammed me into the ground from above. Broke my wrist and gave me seven stitches. Could not have been a person, because was from above. No trees above me. To this day I have no idea what it was.

Could have been an animal. A large bird slamming into you and leaving before you realize what is going on doesn't sound too far fetched. There are also a bunch of other ways this could have happened but there are not enough information to be sure about any of these.

The creepiest aspect of #4 isn't the hacker on the camera but the fact that the parents would find it appropriate to put a camera in their prepubescent daughters bedroom.....gross invasion of privacy for a child way to old to be continually monitored.

for the double camera thing, generally schools always do this, either to cover all angles, or to leave one as a dummy camera so any intruders won't know which is which. 10:40

The woman laughing in the lift may suffer from the pseudobulbar affect. It occurs after stroke and the sufferer can't control it. It's what Joaquin Phoenix's Joker laugh is based on.

10:00 That happened to a cabinet we had in my parents house when I was about 15. Dad went to the basement to find one of the tempered glass doors had just decided it wanted to explode. The creepiest part, I didn't hear a damn thing despite being home that day.

Had a guy in a clown outfit do this with a machete late night. I openned the door as the goofy clown turned to face me at the same time I racked the shotgun aimed at his head! The clown turned and was gone in a FLASH!

Can anyone else see the ghost in number ten? I can see it walking into shot, stopping at the horse, then it seems to reach up to it, then it falls, the entity stops for a few seconds then moves away towards the camera?..... Or was it that smoke I had earlier?

The woman on the elevator could be explained simply with either a neurological condition or I hear that claustrophobia can manifest with uncontrollable laughter which would explain her movements when she’s alone

The school camera placement is not strange. They cover the blind spots from each. Very normal near bathrooms for security.
