The Lamborghini tooth pull was originally filmed with Don Vito for Jackass Number Two. Because he had one tooth left in his upper jaw and it was ready to fall out. So Bam made a deal with Vito that if he agreed to do the bit then Bam would buy him a set of dentures. And Vito accepted the offer and they filmed it and everyone loved it. But then it was scrubbed from the movie because he got into some serious trouble In Colorado for groping two teenage girls, and Paramount wanted him gone. But it broke Jeff Tremaine’s heart that it had to go, and he was determined to reshoot it for Jackass 3D, even It meant ripping out someone’s healthy tooth. I heard a rumor that Brandon Novak was supposed to do it, but he had a warrant out for his arrest and he got nabbed by the cops. Hence Danger Ehren doing the bit.
