Hopefully this video answers some of the questions you might have when it comes to purchasing this type of water dispenser. I have been loving it so far, and I wish that I would've made this purchase a lot sooner. Feel free to shoot any remaining questions that you might have down in the comments sections. I'm hoping you like yours as much as I like mine. I haven't done an update video of my water dispenser, but it's still running as if it's brand new!

Love it. The only thing you'll have to Consuela is the Chrome from all your finger prints. Lmao

I’m glad the video was helpful for you! When it comes to the self cleaning; I won’t be making a video on that. All I do is just press the self cleaning button every month or so to keep things regulated. I haven’t had any buildup in the lines at all. Hopefully that makes sense. 😁

Nice, thanks @DVtv, Ive been looking at those and havent purchased yet so this helps. Question if you dont mind, how much cold water does it dispense before its back to room temp (out of really cold water)?

Now that I’m not 100% sure. I normally fill up a 32 oz water bottle everyday for work, and it seems to still be cold after that. Hope that helps you out!

Is there an on/off switch or it will stay on 24/7 after plug in?

There are individual switches on the back side that let you turn off the hot water and cold water, but the machine itself would technically still be on. So it would still be running 24/7. It hasn’t effected my electric bill at all though.

Hello there, I’m still in love with this water dispenser. It still works as new! I couldn’t figure out which series it is unfortunately though. However, I still highly recommend it! 😁

Has it stopped working? Bc mine is no longer working 😢 I’ve contacted Brio and they don’t help at all. Water just doesn’t come out at all! Any suggestions as to what I can do to fix the issue? 😢

Yeah mine still works perfectly fine! Have you been using the self cleaning function on the backside of the water cooler?

I would try moving it to another outlet first to see if you see any change. Also look at the hoses to see if anything is lodged inside of it. Hopefully that helps!
