Just a quick tip. People bring the bottle type to me a lot. Saying that it just stops working all together. Every time its been the door switch not pushed in all the way. They need to be fairly level for the door to close properly and activate the switch.

The signs in the front are not to indicate the buttons on top. They also are not stating cold hot and room temperature. The signs on front are to indicate cold and hot are ready when they are lit. The one on the right is to indicate when it's empty and needs to be refilled.

Yes. The kind with the screw-on-cap is actually better to use.

Is your cooler new? Your water cooler's compressor may not be working correctly.

@@MrBim-ut5sg It is brand new. They provided an instruction on how to reboot but it didn't work. I ended up replacing it with a Primo dispenser. It works great. However it does not have the o-zone feature which is something I want very much. Thank you for your reply tho!
