Omylanta! Thank you! I used 2 cotton rounds and it worked. I replace my water filter faithfully every 6 months. Have it on auto order on amazon, and today my door would not close and water was all over. Prayed a little prayer🙏🏽 and found your video. Thanks again : )

👏🏻 Mine is also on autoship. I switched to the cotton round too, instead of cutting paper towels.

Tried this today. It pushed it up just enough to for the center prong to open the valve to let water flow into the filter.
