Yeah you can try priming, our pump does not pump any water without priming.

Yes you can mount the pump in second floor but height from the water source should not be greater than 6 meter as shown in 0:59.

Pump agar purana ho jaye to new pump ke jaise rate se pani nahi pump karti, uska impeller ghish jata hain. Agar impeller ghish gaya hain to change Karna parta hain.

You have to cut the rubber seal, don't remove it or else water would leak through that joint, we weren't able to show that because the shopkeeper did that for us.

This pump is rated for an output of 1450 litres per hour from a depth of 6 metres and 450 litres per hour from a depth of 21 metres. The max we went so far is 5 metres and we didn't notice any problem.

Tuhin De Can you suggest what kind of water pump could pump as far as 600m? Sorry my first question was wrong. I meant 600m far and an altitude at 50m?

Sorry can't help you in this, You can ask your local pump dealer for suggestions.

If humming sound is produced by the pump after powering it then there is a possibility that your pump is jammed, try to manually rotate the pump before switching it on

Pump ke discharge side ka kala rubber seal round kar ke kaatna padega pump use karne ke pehle.

screw se nahi nut and bolt se mount kiya hain pump, aap apne requirement ke according size buy kijiye, stainless steel ka bhi nutbolt buy kar sakte hain usme rusting ka problem nahin rehta.

Company ke mutabik ye pump 6 meter niche se 1950 litre per hour ke hisab se aur 21 meter niche se 450 litre per hour ke hisab se pani charati hain. Aapka water source ka level agar iske beech main hain toh pump aaram se work karega.

Washer matlab black color ka jo O ring hain wo agar kharab ho gaya ho to woh alag se pump ke shop mein mil jayega, Agar nahi milta hain toh aapko Teflon tape wrap karke nut ko tight karna hoga .

Aap ekbar pump mein pani daal (priming) ke chalaiye. Jab pump properly prime kiya hua nahi rehta hain tab usme suction create nahi ho pata hain, aur pani pump me se nahi flow karne ke karan pump overheat hota hain, jisse mechanical seal damage hone ka khatra rehta hain. Hamare pump mein bhi earthing ke liye koi alag se wire diya hua nahi hain, sirf body earthing ke liye ek screw diya hua tha. Hamne usme se earthing wire nikala hain. Body earthing ek safety feature hain, Pump ke performance ke sath iska koi lena dena nahi hain.

Nrv mein kachra phasa hoga, uskey wajah se nrv close nahi ho raha hain aur pani nikal jaa raha hain suction pipe se. Nrv check karke dekhiye.

Pump ke input/suction end pe nrv(non returning valve) laga hua hota hain, shayad wo kharab ho gaya hain, wahi chese pani ko pump ke suction side se nikalne se rokti hain. Ekbaar use badalke dekhiye.

Nrv 1:54 mein dikhaya hua hain. Foot valve suction pipe ke end pe lagta hain jo pipe zameen ke niche jata hain use lagane se suction pipe me hamesha pani rehta hain aur foot valve mein bhi nrv lagaya hua hota hain.

We used: Input pipe - 1 inch Output pipe - 3/4th inch Input and output head of the pump are of 1 inch, so we installed a reducer to make the output head 3/4th inch.

Company kehti hain ye pump 21 metre (65 ft) niche se pani 450 litre per hour ke rate se nikalegi, maine 15 feet tak test kiya hain pani ka flow thoda sa hi ghata tha. Quality toh thik hi hain ab tak toh koi major problem nahi aaya. Humara pump avg. mein 20-25 min tak chalta hain aur highest 40-45 min chalaya tha koi heating issue nahi aya. Bas 1 hi problem hota hain kyunki yeh pump construction purpose ke liye use hota hain isi liye daily basis pe run nahi hota hain, agar 2-3 din bad start karne gaya toh motor jam ho jata hain kyunki humarein borewell ke pani mein iron ka level bohut jyada hain. Aur pump me bhi daily atleast 30 sec tak chalane ke liye instruction diya huan hain.

If it is a new pump then you don't have to find the problem, Crompton will do that for you because it's in warranty contact your dealer ASAP. If it is old then reprime the pump properly and check for any leak in the suction hose. It will take time depending upon the distance and height of your pump from the water source, to avoid damage of the mechanical seal during this initial dry operation priming is a must.

Tai amra alada ekta tar body te dewa screw er sathe attach korechi 1:10 ar sei tar er arekta end 3 pin plug er earthing pin er sathe connect korechi(plug er uporer boro pin ta) ar pump er wire gulo(positive + negative) extend kore 3 pin plug e lagiyechi (plug er nicher choto 2 to pin). Plug er positive ar negative pin interchangable kintu earthing wire boro pin e tei lagate hbe, jodi earthing wire bhul kore plug er choto pin er sathe connect kora hoy tahole pump touch korlei current lagbe.

Earthing wire kisi bhi appliance ke outer body mein current aane se rokti hain, agar short circuit ya loose connection ke wajah se outer metal body ke sath positive wire touch ho jaye toh outer body current ho jayega aur appliance ko pakadne pe humein shock lagega. Agar earthing diya huan hain toh wahi current earthing se pass ho jata hain aur humein current nahin lagta. Iss pump mein earthing ke liye koi wire alag se diya nahi gaya tha bus ek screw diya tha jisme 3 pin plug ka earthing wire connect kiya hain, usko hi body earthing bolte hain.

Aapka problem samjh mein nahi aaya, phir se batayenge pls.

Maine 25 feet tak pani charaya hain, thoda sa hi flow ghata tha, bohut niche se khichne ki liye jyada hp ka pump lagta hain.

Aap ko dusra koi bada pump lena chahiye, ye pump shayad khich dega but pressure bohut kam ho jayega. Company ke mutabik 21 meter tak pani utha lega yeh pump lekin tab flow 1950 litre per hour se ghat ke 450 litre per hour ho jayega.

The water pump came with 2 wires, one is for neutral/ground and another is for positive/ phase you have to connect these two wires to a 3 pin plug/top's positive and negative pins. For earthing purposes the manufacturer didn't provide any wire, so you have to connect a wire to the 3 pin plug's earthing point and connect another end of that wire to the screw situated at the base of the pump 1:10.

Yes you can connect earthing in any body screw of the pump.
