Gaan hengel vanaf Okt. Klein aasies op n float of dangle met 2 of drie dun strips vir beweging in die water anders net n okie poot..... Soek net vir bietjie skop in die water en jy sal hom kry. Dis eintlik n "dom" vis so jou jong vis is baie maklik om te vang. Enige kob tussen 3 en 4kg kan mens gemaklik teiken..... Dit help bitter baie om water te kan lees maar as jy n sloep en sandbanke kan lees, is jy in. As daai water goed lyk en sê jyt 2 stokke in die water en hulle lê 15/20min, trek uit en gooi maar weer.... As jy daai vis nie hard slaan in die eerste uur nie, stap en gaan soek nog n kol. Baie keer is een kol leeg en n kol wat 10m van hom af is, is aan die brand. Ek hengel gewoonlik in die week soos baie van die mense waarmee ek hengel en ry gewoonlik 4uur Beach toe en is 9 uur weer tuis. Op gemiddeld vir daai 3 ure se hengel land jy so 4-6 vis. Jy moet hulle net soek en tussen daai jong vis swem daar n paar bulle. Sterkte ou maat, ek hoop jy land vinnig jou eerste. Dis n baie lekker vis om te vang en hy tand net so lekker 😁

Hi yes very much safe if you are a experienced diver, my advice.. just stay in the kelp. The water can get quite cold, around 10degrees and then i guess just a knive and gloves
