This Chrysler originally came to ‪@tintbytyler‬ to get all windows tinted in Xpel's Ceramic Tint. After talking to him for a bit, the customer got my card and flew over to my shop so I could inspect it. His biggest concern was the water spots from hard water. They were ALL OVER the paint. He wanted them gone and to do our best to protect it from happening in the future. We did just that...
Hard water stains can sometimes be the death of a vehicle's aesthetic. Thankfully the water spots on this paint were easy to remove, but it can sometimes get so bad that you have to wet-sand. BUT, we used an Orange Griot's Garage pad + Menzerna's Intensive Polish. For ANY vehicles with Medium-soft paint, this is quickly becoming my favorite 1-step set up.
After a late night and day's worth of work, we got the car coated! IT looked phenomenal! Ceramic coating doesn't 100% protect from water spots, but it certainly is the best all-around way to protect paint OTHER than PPF. After the paint, we gave the wheels ceramic-treatment, and wrapped things up!
