At first, I watched you videos to learn, but hen I realized your gestures, skill and the way you treat the paper and the colours makes your videos pure poetry, so I enjoy every video you make as I enjoy a poem or a fine piece of music. Happy New Year, Mr. Shibasaki!

Thank you Shibasaki san. Once again a magnificent painting. Such great use of Negative space defining the shapes of the reddish rose petals against large areas of dark green masses of leaves. A watercolour genius painting, with so few brush strokes amazing piece.

Thank you for the demostration on how to paint roses. I look forward to leaning how to paint. Makoccino here on KZfaq suggested in her tutorial for painting in watercolor fireworks that we look at your channel. She said that she was inspired by your painting.

The more I learn about painting, the more I realize that while I respect and appreciate really meticulous realism, I love abstract, loose painting more. It's just got so much charm and character :D

先生、この、バラ、素晴らしすぎます！！毎日、完成の過程をじーーーつと見ているのですが・・・目を離してないのに、いつの間にか水彩絵の具が先生の魔法でバラちゃんたちになってるぅ～(^^;) なぜ、こんな風に美しいのでしょうか・・・う～ん、考えてもわからんばーい。とにかくまた、何度でも見にきまぁーーーす！！(^_^)ﾉ

Wow, that looks deceptively easy :) One day, if I practice every day, I will get better, and seeing you do it, makes me want to paint and paint. And that is, I think, what you hope it will do to the viewers, am I right? One question I have: Do you paint with your board on a decline, and how much of a decline. 20 degrees, 30? Thank you so much for your demonstration. I really enjoy watching you.
