Hi Guys :) Sharing how I’m painting Magnolia flowers in watercolor using Winsor&Newton Professionals.
Materials & Media:
- Paints: Winsor&Newton Professional
- Paper: Arches Hot Pressed, 100% cotton, 140 lb, 7 in X 10 in
- Brushes: Escoda Reserva: 10, 6
- W&N series 7: 1
- Kolibri 3006: 0
- Masking Fluid: Winsor&Newton
My color palette:
Quinacridone magenta, French ultramarine, Green gold, Olive green, Perylene green, Cobalt violet, Permanent rose, Quinacridone gold, Ultramarine violet, Burnt umber, Raw umber, Sepia, Lamp black

Thank You so very much. This is one of the best ever water-coloring tutorial videos for me. I get it when I see you do things and I can try to emulate it and apply this to other subjects. I am very much an amateur, but I have interest and desire. I find so much pleasure in the task or the process, the doing of drawing and painting that it out weighs my poor result, I am having fun and enjoyment. Lovely work! I love the vibrancy of color in your paintings! May I ask, for what do you use the water inside the wells with your paint? I don’t believe I ever saw you dip into it. Thank you for sharing!

Thank You so much Terri :) I really appreciate it :) Hehe, Yes this water is only to wet my brush if it's too dry or I use it for lifting up some paint from paper ;) I'm using water from my 2 jars which are my top right side normally but sometimes I need just a small amount clean water just to lift or wet my brush ;) for some reasons it's faster way :)

@@DominikaKwiatkowska I've never used it, obviously! :D Do you show how to use it in any of your videos? I just liked you on pretty much every social media... :) You drew a lotus flower that's incredible (saw it on instagram). I think you used pastels but possibly something else too? Not certain. Incredible work.

I think that's a great idea for a new video - How to use a masking fluid :) It's very easy to use. Thank you so much dear for your support, I really appreciate it! Yes I was drawing water lilies using pastel pencils only :) I rarely mix few medias in my artworks ;)
