As a person who is in several restaurants every day.. What a grand idea. I'm dying laughing. 🤣

Stillman & Birn books are great quality. I have one hard back version (Delta), which I completed last year. I have since started using the landscape profile soft cover version, which I use a lot for swatching, colour wheels and mixing tests. I also do a few urban sketch type watercolour paintings in it. I have a Moleskin one in a very small size, almost palm.of my hand. I haven't used it yet, but the paper quality feels good. That Daler Rowney Ivory one looks interesting, I think that would be about A4 size there, not A5. I love your sketch drawings and how you use part of the page rather than filling the whole page up with one sketch or painting. I do this sometimes, but probably should try doing it more often.

Thank you for this review. For a moment, I just use a bloc paper so it’s quite helpful 🙏

I just grab small Strathmore tablets, love the 6"x12" for vast Western landscape sketches. Also have 5.5"x8.5" on hand. They only have 12 sheets, but I paint on both sides. Each tablet becomes a documentation of a certain area, ie White Sands, Red Buttes, etc
