Inks, Sepia, Burnt Umber, Black
Watercolours, Ultramarine, Cobalt Blue, Alizarin, Raw & Burnt Sienna, Cad Yellow

I'm enjoying your videos. I've long liked to mix India ink and watercolour, and I appreciate the way you are putting them together. I never get tired of watching that bloom! Do you find using a dip pen gives you a more intense line than using a brush, or does the pen lend itself to a different kind of movement on the paper?

Thanks, Nancy. I find the dip pen produces “accidental” marks that you could never paint with a brush. Glad you like my videos, thanks so much for watching

Thanks so much for watching. It’s just a twig that I cut to the shape of a pen. I think it’s birch 🌳
