Different strokes for different folks. I LOVE the music, which I could purchase it. Thanks for the ideas on those little tweaks to an everyday move. Sometimes, that is exactly what we need !

Absolutely! Best results hinge on variability! When teaching in person I use a mix of music. Some with vocals and some without. When I want students to really feel the water and learn how to use it to get a particular result, I use instrumental so I'm not fighting with vocals. Once they get it, now we can mix up the music when I have less coaching to do. I produced the music in this video with live musicians to have an island reggae feel at variable speeds. As life doesn't move at one speed, it's great to train with that kind of moves. I appreciate your wish it purchase it. I'm working on making that a possibility. Thank you for watching.

I like the build -up and then the use of legs in a jog and then a wider jog.I think the Freeze is very good and a complement to this routine. I will start to use the Freeze..

@lidy7480 you're exactly right! Oftentimes intensity is something people need to be reminded of. Why is this so important to know? Every day is different. If you want to know how to modify any exercise and customize it for what you need in the moment on any given day, you’ve got to know how to work with the water to get the kind of change you want. It’s not good enough to just jog in the pool. Thanks for watching.
