WATERMELON PUDDING DESSERT RECIPE | WATERMELON JELLY | WATERMELON DELIGHT | N'Oven
INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
WATERMELON
CUT IN PIECES
REMOVE THE SEEDS
PUT IN BLENDER
MAKE 2 CUP JUICE
1/3 CUP SUGAR
MIX WELL
2-3 DROPS RED FOOD COLOR
¼ CUP CORN FLOUR
¼ CUP WATER
MIX WELL
COOK UNTIL BOIL
POUR THE CORN FLOUR MIXTURE
COOK UNTIL THICKEN
COOL DOWN FOR 5 MIN.
POUR IN FOOD GRADE PLASTIC CUPS
COOL DOWN IN ROOM TEMP,
KEEP IN FRIDGE FOR 1 HOUR
CUT IN PIECES
COAT IN DESSICATED COCONUT
MINT LEAVES ON TOP

Watermelon cut in pieces Remove seeds Put in blender Blend Make 2 cup juice Half cup sugar Mix well 2or 3 drops food color 1/4 cup corn flour and 1/4 cup water mix Mix well Cook until boil Pour the corn flour mixture Cook until thicken Cool down for 5 minutes Pour in plastic cups Cool down for 1 hour in fridge Cut it pieces Coat in dessicated coconut Mints leaves on top
