Rlly, I'm being honest here........
I actually found this strawberry sago from ‪@feedmeimei‬ .....
And i thought that MAYBE i cud make one myself!
Well...
That's not what i mean "that i CREATED the dessert"...
But it gives me thoughts~
And there was a watermelon in the fridge (don't ask me why it's there.....when i use it alrdy for the boba......)
But i thought that maybe there's a watermelon sago.....
So i searched it up online :)
N uk what?
There's tons.....
Apart from the regular watermelon, they also have honeydew sago, n wintermelon sago.....
So i decided to customize this a bit....
Ik that they don't use Xian cao.....
(in Cambodia we call it "Ta ge", "Cha-huei khmaw", and "xian cao")
Well....
Ading in grass jelly...will make this is grass jelly dessert (that's in China"
The watermelon i use is from Thailand...
And it's super sweet....almost like sugar......and sweeter than the usual watermelon......
Since it does, i didn't add in any condensed milk...
But if u like to eat them sweeter, do use condensed milk :)
But I'm omitting them for this recipe~
If u don't like coconut milk, replace them with whole milk :D
(it's what i usually do...but this time i wanna show u how it's rlly made....)
The reason i hate coconut milk n cream (not coconut water.....i love to drink them :P ), is bc they taste weird to me :(
And i don't want to eat things that taste weird to me....
It's gross....
