Hi Alexander, I've never added alcohol to this drink but my best guess would be either Vodka (since it's so flavor neutral) or a white rum. Enjoy!

Yes, it might be a bit thick/not a drinkable consistency, but you can fix that by throwing in a few cubes of room temperature or refrigerated watermelon (or let the frozen watermelon thaw a little bit).

You can certainly blend a canteloupe, but it won't have a slushie texture and will be quite thick.

So incredibly yummy! Thank you! I guess I have a crummy blender, because it would not blend/mix the watermelon chunks. Luckily I had some extra watermelon juice and added that - bingo! Slushie :) I made more later, because well, one glass isn't enough! And this time I added a bit of tart cherry juice to help it blend up, and seriously still good, just a bit more tart.

I just made this and it is godd, but it definitely needs less lime juice. it was super sour with that much. I ended up adding about double the watermelon and a couple tablespoons of sugar syrup but it turned out great!
