A really lovely garden to visit. A couple of years ago we saw a Gilbert and Sullivan opera there which was brilliant. The amphitheatre was shaded by a suspended canvas roof so no problem if it's hot and sunny. I would recommend bringing a cushion to supplement the ones they provide!

Oh wow! We were both saying we must go back and see an opera at some point.I bet it looks quite impressive and sounds amazing.

Lovely gardens once again. We will be making our way there very soon. Relaxing , pretty walks through the gardens. Wonderful place to spend a few hours especially when the sun shines.

Once again a wonderful garden. We love visiting, will be making a journey very soon. Relaxing, lovely planting. Great place to spend a few hours, especially when the sun shines.

I use to watch one of the episodes on VHS of Parcly the Lion. Cowboys and Indians. Imagine like on a clear day you could hear the sounds & noises of The Wild West. Horses. Guns banging shooting. Trains running along tracks. Indians dances. Carts & Wagons running along. Thanks very much Partner.
