MRDifferentTV - I just got it. Same as you my tone is too bass-y in a non realistic way. The notes you're playing sound find but the tone is rather unconvincing - same as me. I understand there's a super NARROW sweet spot we've got to dial in to bring out the mid-range sound of the strings - but I'll be damned if I've found that 'notch.' If you figure out how to make the tone of this plug in more realistic - liked the video!

Samples take a long time to load up for me! Should I take it off and reload? I'm not able to use it for about 10 minutes waiting for It to load up.

It should take 10 minutes but it does take a couple of mins to load.

Ave Mcree, also check out Ample Sounds it’s nice. It has a selection of Acoustic Guitars, Bass Guitars and Electric Guitars of different models. One thing you should understand about Modo Bass is that you have a big selection of different basses to choose from. That elevates the price. But of course this Waves bass plugin price can’t beat and can’t go wrong. I purchased Slapper when it came because of price. And probably will do the same for this one.

Waves need to cut it out Trillian is GOD MODE...but that autotune efx+ thatis a good vst ..been trappin out the bandwoth for a while with 8.1 but i give back and cop the upgrade for 99 buck gotta watch that review u did too

Trillian isn't "god mode".. One of Trillians biggest issue is the fretting doesn't sound natural like Bass Fingers or MODO bass. Second issue is the massively huge library of fluff.

@@AveMcree i wont even begin to diagree with that as i have no idea wtf a fret is ..lol...but im a synth bass type of guy so thats mainly what i use trillian for more natural stuff i use ample sounds stuff AMG2 and the AMT2

@@DancehallWorldwxde not sure if you were joking or not, but frets are the metal bars on some strings instruments like guitar and electric bass. Natural sounds only matter if the bass is highly focused in the mix. Most of the time, people can't hear the difference when the mix is dense... of course, engineers will.

That is not the question at all. Bass Fingers delivers ONE instrument. Fingered electric bass. Trillian delivers so much more including acoustic basses and synths.

Waves Audio customer support is kinda lousy though. Also, Bass Fingers doesn't work in Ardour or LMMS, for anyone who uses those. Ample Sound makes some bass plugins that aren't as good (maybe - I wouldn't know since I can't use Bass Fingers to make my own comparison) but their finger-bass Lite VST is free and works well for most play.

I had a problem at first where it didn't show up but I just had to uninstall and do it again then it works. I hope it works for people but hell can't beat that 50% the other plugins tho.
