Thanks so much for posting these. I haven't seen them since I was 10 years old, in 1961, but remembered a few of them all this time. The scariest series ever. Having been horribly spooked by the Peter Lorre movie The Beast with Five Fingers; I couldn't bear to see the opening with the disembodied hands, and had to have somebody call me into the room when that part was over so I could watch the show. I've looked for Way Out on DVD for a long time, never thought of looking on KZfaq. I was telling my grandson about the series last night and he found these on KZfaq, so now I get to see them!

The cigarette commercials are way more way out than the episode was...

Obviously what this woman needed was a good, fresh, flavorful L&M cigarette.

This is one of the best.

Excellent acting by the entire cast . Now we have filthy crap for 2021 .

Good actors, this episode well presented...Mr. Balsam and Ms. Baxley would do more than one episode of Twilight Zone, Kevin of course: Invasion of the Body Snatchers.

Her husband, Paul, is the Private Investigator Arbogast, in Alfred Hitchcock's classic, Psycho.

Betty Davis' eyes had nothing on Barbara Baxley's. She's infinitely watchable and listenable with that teeny voice, and a powerful actress!

Marlon Brando referred to Barbara Baxley (Norma) as “a jewel-encrusted grudge collector.”

As of this writing, only 4 episodes of Way Out have not appeared on the web: Soft Focus Button Button The Sisters The Down Car Apparently, all the episodes still exist, so keep your fingers crossed. The 5 episodes that just turned up recently have not been seen by many since there original one time broadcast some 55 years ago in 1961. I wish wish wish these would turn up on Blu-ray and/or DVD as an official set release.

The cigarette commercials...I remember those. I also remember when they were 75 cents a pack. We would buy them from machines or the gas station, with a note from your mother. (We wrote those notes for each other) 😝

For 1961, the production values seem like something out of the early 50s at best. Quite unlike the sharp and clear "Twilight Zone," and "Thriller."

What are weird show at the beginning of a guy tells women they can kill their husbands. And then the story. The woman in the story is crazy. She’s just plane, totally, 100% nuts.
