Limiting sun exposure is honestly the most important tip 1) Wear sunscreen, cover 2 fingers✌🏻 in sunscreen and apply that to your face. Do 1 passing at a time, I find it’s easier. You might wanna use baby sunscreen for the eye area. DON’T forget the lips, neck and ears 2) Cover up even in the summer, at least try as much as you can. Wear hats too for the scalp and sunglasses for your eyes 3) Utilize the shade as much as you can when outside Don’t think that you’re safe indoors either. You need to apply these tips even if you’re going to be inside all day cuz UVA and some UVB still penetrates window glass. You can find pictures of people who worked jobs where one side was exposed to the window for years and it’s noticeably older and damaged

Aside from sunscreen the next best products you can use are 1) Retinoids: This is a category of drugs almost that clear out acne and evens out skin tone. More effective than Vitamin C. Down side is idk if some of you can get this over the counter depending where you live 2) Salicylic Acid: Buy 2 face washes. 1 with this and 1 without for night. You don’t wanna mix this with retinoids. Look for 2%, this helps even skin tone too and also goes deep into your pores to maintain your oil production. No more black/white heads DON’T forget to moisturize. Avoid any face scrubs too, your fingers are enough

I know you mean well by this video Isaac. However, I think it’s best to change the title of the video! Specifically, the “Whitening” word as it can be misleading. Skin brightening is very different from “whitening.” Skin brightening is just improving your skin complexion, making it have a healthy natural glow and just rejuvenating it, without actually changing or altering your natural original skin tone. 🙂 EDIT: Not Someone saying some even do “tanning so what’s wrong.” 💀 i hope y’all know “tanning” is different from skin whitening/bleaching. Tanning doesn’t affect your skin permanently, altering your original skin tone with chemicals and harmful substances that are very detrimental to your body. Which can possibly lead to other illnesses in the long run, like skin cancer. Hence why skin whitening/bleaching is not recommended at all. In other hands, tanning is just a natural process of you darkening your skin by the exposure of sun, which can also be very harmful as the UV rays penetrates your skin, making the cells aged faster and lead to skin cancer eventually also. Although Tanning, is much more safer than trying to whiten/bleaching your original skin tone, whereas tanning, your skin does get dark but it will revert back to your original skin tone in given time.

@@athen2169 History. Because of light skin bias in Asia and racism towards darker skinned people across the world, it's insensitive to whiten but not necessarily the other way around. But isn’t it bad to put lemon on skin because of acidity which could make skin more sensitive??

@@harmonyfuntime1082 the trick is to neutralize it on how sensitive your skin is.. personally I don't mix water more than a few drops cause my skin isn't that sensitive but I wouldn't recommend doing that. so yeah depends on the person. try diluting one part to four parts or more of water:))
