When you are a centenarian, you might be reaching your twilight years. However, if you have healthy relationships, your lifespan could increase. One-size-doesn't-fit-all regarding how many relationships you need to have a healthy life. There are some treatments for erasing aging. One of them is called the Fountain of Youth. It works by taking senior citizens and making them young. However, this is very difficult to achieve.

Okay, it's a interesting story. Actually my dad passed away last February, and his age was 114. He volunteered the WW2 and soon after retirement of his soldires life, he went into Catholic world. And 15 later I was born. He's had sent tremendous, enormous and hornorble experiences, I think.

Many people want to be centenarians, but not many know the way. In their twilight years, the health conditions significantly reduce and there was a time it was impossible for humans to live up to 100. There are over millions of centenarians worldwide, and each person has different advice to become one. Hence, it's hard to find a "one size fits all" method to answer this question. However, the most recommended solution revolves around some factors such as diet, exercising, and relationships. Furthermore, there are three scenarios suggested by psychiatrists for the attempt to "defy death". The first scenario is called Dorian Gray which is about a person who does not age at all, while the second one is known as "wolverine" or "fountain of youth", whose method is gathering the old and making them young. The most possible one is the third, which is "Peter Pan" after the name of a fictional character who keeps his youth by moving to an imaginative fairy place. This scenario extends lifespan by taking the young around 20-30 and giving some treatment to them every few months. Besides, another concept known as "Peter Pan Syndrome" has a completely different meaning from the previous one. It's used to imply those who refuse to take responsibility as a grown-up.

At least in India and China , living 100 years was not thought to be impossible. Buddha himself made it close to 90, 2600 years ago!! Many rishis and mystics in China and India exceeded 100. Stories galore, thousands of years back in these parts of the world people fancied to live longer and they did who followed the Vedic lifestyles.

No matter what you will do to live a healthy life but actually it's good to take care of our health. It's already written by ALLAH how long we will live and when we will die . Death will not occur one second late or one second early .it will occur at the exact time which ALLAH has set for you . It's Islam .

N: How old are you, Beth? B: That's a very personal question, Neil. N: Sorry, I didn't mean to be rude. Anyways, at least you're not a centenarian - someone who lives to be a hundred years old B: Are you saying I look a-hundred? That's even ruder. N: Sorry, it's just that with advances in modern medicine, people are living longer and longer. There was a time when living to a hundred seems impossible. But in 2021, the United Nations Population Division estimated there to be over half a million centenarians worldwide. And that number is said to rise. B: So, how do you live to a hundred? And what could live be like in your twilight years - a phrase meaning your old age, or the last years of your life. That's what we'll be discussing in this program, and as usual, we'll be learning some useful new vocabulary as well. N: But first, I have a question for you, Beth. In 2022, the world's oldest certified person died aged 119, but which country does she from? Was it: a/ Switzerland b/ Italy or c/ Japan B: Hmmm, I think the answer is Japan. N: Ok, Beth. We'll find out the answer later in the program Of all many factors of long lives, such as diet, exercise and keeping active, human relationships are among the most important. People who are more connected with others and have warmer relationships live longer and stay healthier. Psychiatrist: Those relationships don't necessarily have to be with humans Introverts actually find having a lot of people around stressful. So they might need one or two close people. And that's all they need, that's all they want, and that's just fine for them. So one size doesn't fit all when it comes to how many relationships you need to have a healthy life. It doesn't have to be done with another human. We know that pets provide us with a great deal of comfort, joy and pets can calm us down. B: Whether you're a shy introvert or noisy extrovert, what counts is friendship, be that with a human or a pet. Different things work for different people. So doctor ... said it's not one size fits all. N: So far, we've mentioned the importance of diet, exercise and friendship, but some people want a more radical ways of defying death and staying young. Dr...., director of the American Federation for aging research had developed three scenario in his work with centenarians in the US B: The first scenario called Dorian Gray after a fictional character who didn't age, involves delaying the aging process. The second scenario is what we called the 'wolverine' or the 'fountain of youth' taking old people and make them young. This is very very hard, this will be the most complex thing we can do. And the third scenario, and this is a very exciting scenario, and we have some evidence that it works is the Peter Pan scenario. Peter Pan didn't grow old. The idea that you take people when they're twenty or thirty, and give them a treatment every few months, every year, and you basically erase their aging, and let them age very very slowly. So this will also mean that they will probably pass their 150 year maximum potential life span. N: All Dr.... 's treatments are aimed at expanding life span, the length of time someone normally expected to live. His second treatment making someone who is old younger is called the fountain of youth, a legendary source of magical water that keeps everyone who drinks it young forever. B: The third treatment involves slowing down the aging process that people hardly age at all. This treatment is named Peter Pan after a fictional boy who never grew up. And it's connected to another idiom, Peter Pan syndrome, which describes an immature person, who has reached adulthood but refuses to take on adult responsibilities.

Living up to a hundred years is torture 😢. If you see pics of elderly people in different countries, you’ll see how wrinkled and unhappy they look. They’re a burden to their families. They’ve lost their hearing , eye sight, mobility, taste etc. Who on earth wants to live like that?????🙈🙈😹😹 Not me. 😂😂😂🤣🤣👍 . I’m an able bodied senior citizen. I use the Internet all day long. Watching tv dramas, listening to music, reading on line news. Watching most of the popular news channels of the world. I gather knowledge. I’m of no use to anyone. I’d be happy to meet the Grim Reaper within the next three years. ( at 87) 😂😂😂👍👍👍😂😂 Jolly happy me. 😄😄😁🤣 C est la vie. That’s life. 😂😂😂

Birth comes with death ,at anytime.😂😂 So accept that. Be prepared. Get rid of your attachments, gradually. Try your best to lead an independent life. Don’t be a burden to others. Look after your health. You’ll be a happy bunny 🐇🐇 if you’re in good shape. Remember always your health is your wealth.😂😂😂🎉🎉
