I got together with ‪@CBellRL‬ to check out Rocket League Season 10. The new Rocket League season that just dropped last week. This new season brought a bit of new content but left some to be desired.

Rocket League season 10 is the season of flowers, apparently. Or maybe it's the season of plants? I don't know to be honest. Regardless, it's actually pretty cool. A brand new map called Deadeye Canyon: Oasis has been released. A new Rocket Pass and car was released that we tested out today. A new Estimated Queue Time feature was added, which unfortunately had some big flaws. And the season rewards are definitely a success in my eyes. So not that much content in the new Rocket League update but definitely a reason to get back on the game and queue your placement matches.

Glad they made the switch from rocket league to flower league - much more realistic and relatable. I have seen precisely ZERO rockets IRL, but we all have personally seen hundreds of flowers. It’s about time they made this change!

Although there is much to be desired, Pysonix has been killing it lately. Huge improvements from 2021 and early 2022.

Couldn’t agree more. Even without the UE5 announcement I’m still feeling very optimistic about the future of the game. I think it is a timeless concept that is fueled by a community of wonderful people. This video is a perfect example of that.

True and the passes are always awesome. I liked what they did on season 9 with rewards on higher level than 70 to grind for, kinda sad it's not on this pass

where them improvements at? new skins and new maps? :D thats something a few interns could do on their own. the only good additions have been ball control in freeplay & training controls, thats also something a single dev could easil do in a week or 2. i mean ofc its gotten better that they now do stuff, but its still hardly anything tbh. leth for example does more for the game than psyonix itself

i really like the new map, especially with the grass field. the desert one is a bight too bright, but still looks really good and feels nice. i hated the last 2 maps they dropped, so i’m really glad they made a an improvement with this season
