This time, we photographed at "Kawano," a bento shop in Higashi-Shinbashi.
The owner prepares his handmade bento from midnight until morning, and it is a very popular bento shop with a huge line at noon.
The ingredients are also excellent, and on this particular day we were able to purchase thick striped hokke, Hokkaido ginseng salmon, Iberico pork, and other high quality ingredients from a friend from the Tsukiji area, all for only 550 yen.
While we were taking pictures, not a few customers came up to us and said, "The bento I had the other day was so delicious! I was impressed by the owner, who was happily serving dishes that he had prepared from 1:00 a.m., saying, "I want to sell for 550 yen because I want my customers to be happy," rather than for business. I was impressed.
