@@cookinglife1995 This is a Chinese cuisine restaurant located in Japan. The Chinese who settled in Japan during the late 19th Century introduced their style of cooking. Over time this evolved into "Chūka Ryori" (Japanese-style Chinese food) which is a hybrid cuisine of Chinese and Japanese cooking. Ramen and Gyoza are two notable examples of this cuisine style.

週末に結構行ってますよ😊店員さんは淡々と接客しますが、美味いですよ。極端には混まないですが、夜は結構入ってます。日曜日と祝日は休みで、残念ですが。

It's corn or potato starch slurry. It thickens the sauce and give it a nice shine.

That's the real way of Chinese cuisine. Buffet style might save you a couple of bucks but it's for slaves and soldiers during the war.😂

China is currently experiencing alot of negativity. Financial and also structural. Can anyone explain What is going on? EDIT: I love chinese food. I love lots of vegetables with small amounts of chicken , if any. I prefer pork or beef, etc. Also Gluten free. I have Coliacs.

dont believe everything you hear in the western media. they tend to be bias. They are currently working on transitioning to a consumer economy instead of export economy. There will be some pain for the short term but in long term will make China economy more resilient. They are cracking down tech companies because these companies making billions and dont contribute to society enough. Also, the honeymoon period is over for these companies. The government gave them tax breaks when they started up. Now is the time to clean up the books to go international.
