@@CaptainMarvelsSon A big part of learning how to run is learning how to take a fall. He handles it so well to protect himself first and return to the chase at hand second. Giving up a point always comes second to safety, because you can't get tags or evasions if you're sidelined with injury

ya your teams a weird one as its defiantly already a great team but the weakness is simple your just a bunch of jack of all trades who specialize in standard parkour and kyle. like the saying go's a jack of all trades is a master of none. you got the evader in kyle but you lack a strong base when it comes to taggers. as your the best tagger on your team but your a safty net. your the guy who can get the tag or the invasion but not assuredly get it like kyle with invasions. personaly what i see that you need rather in new people or training is. someone who specializes in tagging, a scrambler, and an evader who specializes in the more higher ground. the tagger is their simple to be the surgical knife to take out the people you know whos strong. if he gets a point afterword's that's a plus but his job is to just take out the strong. ironically this is what everyone's currently doing to you with kyle. the scramabler is a more specalized jack of all trades. hard to tag, hard to get away from, plus more likely to do dive and slide moves which have been shown to throw off peoples game and take out the strong out quickly. but defiantly not the strongest in eather category. the thing is its his chaotic style you want to shake up the game the bonus one in the higher ground evador specialist is purely their to just play off of kyle. kyle is better on the ground so when hes caught its usualy by those who stride the bares. get someone strong in striding the bares and now the people who were able to get kyle most likely will not get them. thou you will have to play him right as the people who kyle could evade from are strong agenst him as its hard to evade a scrambaler when your in the air

That's an interesting thing about this sport. Excellent teams with top performers can just not get the job done for any number of reasons and get toppled by newcomers. It really has always felt like an almost any team can win kind of sport. Everything happens so fast that a few errors can swing the entire match.

Agreed. They have some talent that could be developed, like Omar. But not anyone they can truly fall back on. That's what makes Apex so good. If you shut down one guy, they have 4 more that can beat you. And they are all well rested, because none of them have had to carry the weight.

But also, Kyle needs to step up his strategy, especially chasing. He just tries to outspeed whoever he’s up against, which stops working when someone is almost as fast as him. Look at Dima here or his chase against Davis from GNF. Kyle just chases them in circles, no center control or strategy. Love the dude, but he needs to do some work

This is their first time competing at a World Championship but they have done some smaller event on an official Quad. They still did amazingly well though see that they don't get to train on an official Quad that often. They've already started training hard for the next event so can't wait to see them compete again!!

Yeah i think Kyle got too much tired as he couldn't have gotten much of a rest after group stages where he had to do so much for the team...... We saw how slow( relative to his original speed) he was throughout the game including the evasion he got and the chase he failed.

I said the same thing on a video a while back. Kyle is an incredible talent but he can’t do it all himself. HF has other talented athletes as well but they still send Kyle in 3 or 4 times a match. Kyle is fully capable of winning a match on his own, but HF can’t EXPECT him to every time.

@@ori3645 Yeah but let's be real. Fata Morgana are not that fast, Apex have 3 speed monsters + Rob who is probably the greatest all rounder right now. And Apex Doge surely don't beat the main team. It's not gonna be extremely easy but it's definitely gonna be easier than playing Envy GNF, Phat or Blacklist who are all on the other side of the bracket. Man I wish U Gen were all healthy, they have 4 all stars as well..

You also have to bare in mind because of Kyles crazy performance in the US events EVERYONE came with a game plan to beat Kyle. UGEN helped train Fata specifically to beat Hollywood! 😬🥶

@@MMPK yes and them doing that made him change his game plan. Which wasn't helpful to him. It is better to stick with the basics you have mastered rather than try to change it up for new competition. Maybe I'm mistaken but his new approach isn't working.

Also, he's tired, of course. They ran this entire tournament over the course of three afternoons.

@@MMPK yeah, reviewing stas's first chase with Kyle made me realize how tactical his roots were. He ran to the titled cube and immediately leaped through it, anticipating Kyle Kong vaulting through the mountain. Really impressive chasing

Yeah honestly I’m not sure what happened with me in this match. That first Chase I did was very tough to watch. But all I know is I’ve been training way harder and am excited for that to hopefully show in the US Championships 🙌🏻

Each event is different and depends on what else we have going on, when the event is broadcast on TV etc. We have two more playoff matches next week (Tues and Fri) then we go into the Quarter Finals and we will post a schedule then!!
